Hi all,
...read a lot of cases, judge are very favorable toward debtors, allow time spent as basis for damages and sometimes just handed out damages (arbitrarily it seemed to me)...in fact there has been some criticism of this by some in legal circles...
...not sure how easy it is to bring FCRA/FDCPA violations....I have seen a few big $$ cases, class actions, multiple plaintiffs, aimed at a companies practices, but no small, individual cases...
Tom in ColoCh7 filed 5/12/2010.....341 meeting 6/30/2010....report of no distribution 8/15/2010.....discharged 10/01/2010.....closed 11/09/2010

Yeah, that's probably the only way to handle this issue. So I did get that right? Inquiries by debt collectors are not supposed to show up as "hard" inquiries?
