    OMG! Are we discharged AND closed?

    As of an hour ago...it's discharge day!! Here's me and DH doing the happydance:

    PACER says:

    Debtor discharged: 11/08/2010
    Joint debtor discharged: 11/08/2010
    Date terminated: 11/08/2010

    Filed & Entered: 11/08/2010
    Close Bankruptcy Case

    Filed & Entered: 11/08/2010 15:36
    01-Order Discharging Ch. 7 Debtor and Closing Estate

    Is this completely done (except for that stinkin' AP), or is there a closing order still to come?
    DH laid off 3/08 | Last mortgage payment 12/09 | Filed Ch13 5/10 | Converted to Ch7 7/10 | 341 held 8/10 | AP filed by secured creditor 10/10 | Ch7 discharged & closed 11/10 | Foreclosure 10/2011

      Thanks tobee43! We didn't do this pro se, although after all the mistakes the attorney's office made, perhaps we should have. But I'm not ungrateful!

      After so much hurry-up-and-wait, it's kinda hard to believe we've actually made it to discharge. It's been a long road, and it's going to take a little while to sink in.

                Can anyone answer my question? Are we stick-a-fork-in-it, fat-lady-singing done, or will closing come later...maybe after the govt bar date?

                        Thanks justbroke and tyson24! Now the cleanup begins...I probably have a repo coming up and our foreclosure sale is scheduled for 12/7.
