I need to provide my Trustee with bank statements for the 60 days prior to filing. Well, my account cycle doesn't end until November 12th (which would include what we had in our account on the date of filing.) He wants them before November 12th. What can I print out that is sufficient? I obviously understand he needs to see what I had on the date of filing. Anyone else had this issue?

I had the same issue, except that we needed the statement covering the month of filing and one month after.. I just printed out the history online. I explained to the trustee that I had the statement covering the month that we filed, but that the account hadn't cycled again before the 341. He was ok with it.Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!Comment

Mine wants it before our 341 at least 1 week prior to our 341. I'm pro se so I'm taking no chances! lol
Our bank statements for 60 days, paystubs for 60 days and prior year tax returns. Pretty standard, nothing special.
