Judgement after discharge?

Ok Im going to try to vacate it with the court. Do you think the creditor would accept 10 or 20 cents on the dollar to satisfy the lien? Should I try?

In a short sale there are no proceeds to pay a lien. Do you think the creditor would allow the sale to close? What a mess I thought I would be done with this after the discharge......

Update- I called the original creditor and explained my situation. After a long explanation and being transferred from offshore back to the states...... At a cost of -0-, They sent me a signed notarized full and final release. An answer to my prayers. Thank you to everyone for the insight....
