I have no idea whether they tried to include that in expenses (entertainment? healthcare? educational?) but having it on bank statements was no big deal.
wow, that's interesting. I am worried about them scrutinizing my bank statements because my husband is a "nickel and dimer" and buys cigs/sodas/fast food lunches several times a week and I buy 2 lunches out a week (usually a $5-7 charge) when I run out of lunch stuff at home and we haven't done the big grocery trip yet. I've been trying to use CASH for this since deciding on BK, but it will only go back a month or so.

Ok - I had the cigarette/wine question too. I have now gone to rolling my own and buying boxed wine - neither of which I have done for over 30 years! Wish now I'd started doing it sooner - really does save a lot of money.

Guess I'll rest easy and include those expenses in entertainment. Thanks everyone!

Ok, gotta ask. What makes someone a "part time" smoker? You either smoke, or you don't.

well I meant part time in terms of how much my habit is costing us. He smokes all day, a pack a day. I smoke like 3 cigs a day on average.

I hadn't smoked since my undergrad days with the exception of at parties and such here and there. Since considering BK, I started back again, but only about 1-2 cigs per day(had to do something for the stress, good God)...most i have ever done in my life is 4 cigs in 1 day...so i don't consider myself "full time" by any stretch of the imagination. There are people i know who can't survive without 1-2 full packs EVERY DAY! The thought alone makes my stomach hurt, but to each his own i suppose.
Ch7 no asset Filed 11/23 341 12/21 discharged: 2/22/11 I am soooo totally not a lawyer, but i wish i had married one! Does that count for anything?
