341 on 8/30/10, still nothing

Hey all, ive posted a couple of times asking about the report of no dist. Filed chapt 7 on 07/20/10, 341 meeting on 08/30/10, value of home was wrong on paper work was the only issue. Lawyer filed amendment (shows on Pacer). Last day for objections was 10/29/10. Did the pre and post certs(both show on Pacer). I was a no asset case and am still wondering why the trustee has not issued the report of no distribution.. There have been no objections so am i in the safe zone now that my date has past or could there be something wrong ? Is it back logged in southern new jersey ? Now that the last date to object has past, 10/29/10 , can creditors still object ? Last thing to show on pacer was the amendment the lawyer filed on 09/13/10... Nothing from the trustee has been filed, should i be concerned ? Im sorry to ask again, but with my luck this last year im just worrying something might be wrong...

Hi snjphotoguy,

If you are past the objection deadline I would say you are home free....I wouldn't worry about the time gap for the no dist report, ours took 45 days past the 341

Hi tc and thanx for the reply.. I think i just received good news, check pacer and there is an order of discharge (auto). Is that good news ??? But still no dist report.( Keeping home via ride thru ..) There is no equity in my home and gave trustee bna and comps for the home. Is it possible the discharge came thru before the no dist report??
