    Just got Back from the Attorney's Office --- We just Filed

    I feel like an elephant has come off my chest. We know who are trustee is, the date of our 341, and who the judge is

    Our 341 is scheduled for early December.

    Everyone thank you all so much
    Chapter 7 filed 11/4/10 ---- 341 Meeting 12/1/10 ---- Discharge 1/31/2011.

                              Thanks to you guys i meet with a new attorney today, because of this forum i have all documents that is required to file, every detail wish me luck that we file this month, i am only going to pay half now and the balance once i review the documents and ready to go.
