    Finally Filed..

    After 4 long stressful months my attorney finally filed my Chapter 7 today.

    Unfortunately I have been asking his Paralegal since last Thursday to send me a draft copy of my petition so I could give it one last glance. She sent me the draft copy after she filed the petition and it has several minor mistakes that I hope get overlooked.

    I can't help but feel sort of guilty and disappointed that I am where I am today. Did everything I could not to have to do this. Its been a long 3.5 years for my wife and I. Many many nights of worrying, robbing Peter to pay Paul etc etc etc.

    Let the fun begin!
