After much worrying and planning, I was finally able to file this past Friday, Oct 29. I'm relieved, but also a little anxious to find out what happens next. I spent the weekend redirecting all the phone calls to my attorney. For the first time, my phone was actually quiet today. Things are already looking better.
How long does it usually take to find out when my 341 is scheduled? Hopefully everything goes off without a snag. We were about 7,000 above the median income, but our DMI was -1,050.
Reading through these forums has been a huge help and support thus far, and I look forward to continuing as a member here.

You don't mean that your DMI was $1,050 a month, do you? That's pretty high if so.

Other than, congratulations on finally getting filed. I can tell you from experience that as everyday passes, you will be more relieved. For me, my biggest stress was getting to the day that we filed and the anticipation of actually doing that. Good luck!

Yeah. That should be -1050 DMI. My mistake. Would probably have had a hard time filing Ch 7 with that much disposable income! LoL

I also filed on 10/29/10.

I checked Pacer this morning and was able to see the date for my 341 as well as the last day for creditor objections.

I filed on a Friday and on Monday my case was finally on Pacer and I found out my 341. I also get a letter with the date about a week after filing. Good luck to you.

Got set up on PACER. 341 scheduled for 11/30/10! Surprised at how quick they get that done!
