thanks Tom!!! for the input and insight t. so the basic moral of the story is....is keep your judgments close and in your own jurisdiction to make your life easier!

i'm with free2...i'm certain it is not that difficult to contact the jurisdiction where the judgment stems out of and get the proper paperwork to fill out the motion.
