First, I see "No presumption of abuse" as per form 22A....which is a good thing?
But, I see this too...
The Debtor(s) is/are certified as having complied with all filing requirements of 11 U.S.C. sec. 521(a)(1), with the exception of subparagraph 521(a)(1)(B)(iv), which is not filed with the Court pursuant to Administrative Order 05-04. (Alexander, L) (Entered: 10/28/2010)
I looked in up online and saw something about "evidence of payment from employers withing 60 days before filing the petition"? I gave him all my paychecks up to last Fridays....does this mean something else?
BTW - Thanks for the thread on Pacer!!! What a help!
