alright so i filed the immediate petition with all the creditors... one of them is a law firm sueing me for capital one but i did not list capital one i listed the lawyer with the capital one account number on the petition... is this ok? or do i have to ammend the documents to add these clowns in?

You should list Cap One or expect them to come after you later, they are fairly agressive.
You might be able to add them to the creditors matrix w/o amending, ask your court clerk what is the procedure for adding a creditor at a new address when the debt has already been listed but with their local attorneys and not to the corporate address.
Might be easier than you thought....hopefully...
