I have read about it CoBelle. If the trustee has ever represented you or a party who has interest in your case, it is considered a conflict of interest. Might work in your favor considering everything you've gone through.
Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!
...who said that I ws being transferred to another Trustee due to some conflict of interest????
Anyone have that happen before?
makes sense if it was your chapter 13 trustee...and now you pull him or her for your 7. they may just want you to have a fresh set of eyes on your case...maybe it's for the best...
now you can ask him or her for the check back for SURE!!!! go get your money!
well here they use different trustees for the 7 and the 13 (I think).
But when i went to my 341, it wasn't my lady trustee ...it ws a man trustee and for some reason the name sounded familiar. He was nice too.
So that may be it, that he ran my 341.
It means that my new trustee will set a new date for the 341 and I hope, if it conflicts with my Thanksgiving visit with my daughrter that he/she will be as nice about changing it.
