Post petition receipt of wages?

I have been trying to research this and have come up with no further information and my lawyer seems to have no interest in helping me anymore.

The trustee is asking for post petition receipt of wages under ARS 11-1131(b). Basically asking for 25% of the wages I was paid for after filing but earned before. I have searched this statute and all I came up with is something regarding real estate, which I have none.

Anyone experienced this or even heard of it? Thanks for any help.

call the trustee's office directly....ask them to explain exactly what they need...it's the easiest and fastest way to do it.

The correct AZ law is A.R.S. § 33-1131(B), (C), (D), they were only off by a couple digits...

The AZ exemption is 75% of net wages owed (pre-petition). That is why the trustee wants 25%

I couldn't see anyway around this, sorry....
