Final Day is Here!

Hello All!

Well today is the final day for objectons to our case and tomorrow will start the wait for final discharge. I did'nt think I would be nervous today but I am. I have to make it until 5pm today when the court closes before I will feel we made it but all signs are pointing to a good outcome.

It has been a long, long, stessfull 7 months and just to get here meant many sleepless nights and a loss of hair color Those that have gone before me and those in the process know exactly what I mean.

This journey has taught me much about myself, finances, BK law, lawyers and life in general and I will offer a full review of our case at its conclusion in the hopes my experiences may help others.

In the mean time, wish me luck and send good vibes as I stare at PACER all day!

Hey, we're in the same boat (and both in SoCal). Today is my last day for objections as well and tommorow I'm *supposed* to be discharged.

Just make sure that you have a solid financial plan this time around. I've done some planning and am excited about my new prosperous and finacially saavy future. You should be too!!

5pm came and went and after checking PACER 5 times today.....nothing posted. Hopefully this means Discharge is right around the corner.

Hey Screen - Did you receive your discharge yet? Since we're in the same court system, I thought I would ask. The last day for objections for me was Oct. 18 as well, but when I called the court this morning, they said the discharge comes 30-60 days AFTER the last day for objections. I thought it came a few days after the last date for objections.

Yah, I checked PACER yesterday and ran some numbers on our filing date and those that had a final date for objections of October 18th are just now starting to get discharges entered. I found about 25% have been entered for that day already and they began entering discharges on October 25th. I figure we should be anyday now. I am anxious to get this done as well!!!! Keep checking!
