chapter 7 bankruptcy: what schedule does a judgment go in?

Thank you once again everyone for your help, I seriously wouldnt have done it without you guys, I had big mistakes on my app., One las question, the 'vacate' is after the bk discharge or after I get the bk nofification ?

Probably doesn't make a difference, but put that off and focus on the BK filing. You can vacate the judgement later.

My humble understanding is the vacate is filed with the BK papers or like Tom said can also be done later. If possible include it with the BK so when it's over - it's really over.
