When you file your post filing debt education papers with the court do they show up as a separate entry like the prefiling counseling does? We completed them on 9/22 and I called my lawyer to make sure he received them and he called back and left a message saying he did but they haven't showed up on pacer yet and we only have till October 29 to file them.

Yes, the certification should show up as a separate entry.

It should read, Certificate of Debtor Education Concerning Personal Financial Management Received from Agency, or something similar.

I think either your attorney is slacking or your court is very slow. My attorney submitted it the same day I did it and it showed up as a separate entry the next day.

Wow - thanks for this! I sent the certificates from our second counseling course to my attorney a few weeks ago but they have not yet shown up on PACER. With less than 2 weeks before our bar date, we don't have much time left. Gotta go light a fire under my attorney!

I have the same thought with drowning. I think it should be filed the same day or a few days later at the latest. I got mine done at 8 PM and my attorney filed it on the same day, to my surprise.

Yep. I asked the paralegal at my attorney's office about it and within half an hour it showed up on PACER with a file date of today. Once they get around to filing it, it shows up really quickly.
