I'm just learning about foreclosure issues myself so I can't offer any information, but have you looked over in the foreclosure section? There are threads there discussing what happens. If you check it out, you ought to find your answer. If not, you might get a better response if you post there. Good luck!

Generally speaking, the foreclosure process picks up where it left off before you filed for bankruptcy unless you have cured the default. Your specific situation may vary.

        Hi Nevada,

The foreclosure process is the same once you are discharged except the lender cannot try to collect any expenses or deficiency from you.

Check up on Nevada foreclosure laws for the process. But if you are Vegas, the lender might not be in any hurry to put it on the market...better to have you in it than vacant. Another thing to check on is if your lender has 'cash for keys' program; you get the place ready for sale and vacate.

        Congrats on the discharge!!
