I have a furniture that was financed thru Wells Fargo. How long after discharge will they start requesting the furniture?

Tell them to come and get it. But tell them it has pizza, coffee, and cat pee stains on it. Don't reaffirm, they will try and bluff, but won't come for it.

Simple business logic; they will try to put the squeeze on you to cough up some cash.

Couple legal-sounding, threatening letters cost pennies and if 1-in-50 people give them cash it is profitable.

Don't reaffirm, don't settle, the cost of repossession is greater than the value of some used furniture; not profitable

Besides, what is Wells Fargo going to do with used furniture? Not like they run a second-hand furniture store.....

Ignore them, they will go away,
