    ot and paystubs

alright still filling out the paperwork for my 6 month avg can i just use the true gross which includes the OT each paycheck or do i have to have the avg of all OT worked over 6 months, its very easy my paystubs are set up perfectly as so:

    EX: (not real)

    gross pay: 1000
    overtime: 200
    true gross 1200

no can i just use the true gross for the entire 6 month avg or do i have to add up my reg salary and then add up my ot earnings and get the avg for both?

    thank you

If I recall form correctly, there is spot for both regular pay and ot.
    Stopped paying: 08/10, Filed CH7: 08/27/10 , 341 & No Asset Report: 10/6/10, Last day to object: 12/06/10, Discharged: 12/07/10, Closed: 12/08/10
AHEM.....NOT AN ATTORNEY, NOT ADVICE, ETC, ETC

        Hey greg,

Since the person looking at means-test is going to be looking at your paystubs, makes sense to split it out so both match.

        Path of least resistance....
