341 on 08/30/2010 and still nothing

Hi all, I no i posted this before but now its been over 30 days and still nothing on pacer about my 341 meet or no dist report from trustee. Im a no asset chp 7 case, income is so bad didnt even have to take the means test. 341 went well but lawyer had to file an amendment because she screwed up on value of house, actual value was 140,000 but on papre work she had 340,000. the admendment showed on pacer 2 days after 341, than following week i did the post financial course and that showed 3 days later on pacer. But still nothing from the trustee on pacer. is this something to be worried about ??? I live in south jersey and my court district is Camden NJ. I spoke to my lawyer and she said nothing to be concerned about, courts are back up 4 months. there are other cases that went that day that the trustee has already issued her no dist report. Guess what im asking is do i just wait or do i start to worry, am i n the 60 day club ? Im sorry for asking this again, but i struggled with this decision to file for around a year and now that ive done it in a friggin nervous nelly....

    Hi snjphotoguy,

If there was something to worry about you would have heard about it already. Most likely just a delay in the court getting things filed.

Call your BK Clerk at your courthouse first thing in the morning and ask to speak with your caseworker. The clerk's office can assist with that, as the person assigned depends on your Case Number.

You may be asked if you are represented by a lawyer. If you are, say so, as it shows up on your report when they pull it up on their computers. Tell them that you wish to ask a procedural question, and then ask it. Hopefully, it will turn out to be nothing more than the courts being backed up.

Don't worry, you ARE in the 60 Day Club; all the details aren't up yet.

My best, and let us know what you learn.
