Need some Help - Nov. 1st New Median Income Data

I had to wait 6 months to have the severance drop off, which is Nov.1st.

Now with the New Median Income Data just published my state dropped $4000 plus.

So I am only over median because of hubby's UI.

Should I file on Oct. 31?

Ugh, I'm so pissed, I have been planning and planning and now this..ugh
