I'm not Joe ;) but you can check now. Your case should already be up and running on Pacer. When I found mine on there, I printed out the court's list of creditors that they created from my matrix. It amazed me how many addresses they corrected. If there was a creditor that had a "preferred address" in the system, the courts updated my record to reflect that. When I received a call from a creditor, I was able to verify from that court generated list that the notice was, indeed, sent to them.
Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!

      Hey Fallon,

Sorry but my time has been severely limited lately. F2B has the right answer, just be careful to follow the Pacer guide so you don't unwittingly rack up a ton of charges.
      Stopped paying: 08/10, Filed CH7: 08/27/10 , 341 & No Asset Report: 10/6/10, Last day to object: 12/06/10, Discharged: 12/07/10, Closed: 12/08/10
AHEM.....NOT AN ATTORNEY, NOT ADVICE, ETC, ETC

F2B: Is there a cost in addition to the 8 cents per page to print? thanks

Fallon, no. The cost is .08/page, up to a maximum of 30 pages at a time. So if you open your entire docket, which is probably 40+ pages, you will only get charged for 30, or 2.40. Best advice is to view the "filing date", and focus on that. Every time the filing date changes, it means something new was entered into your docket. Then you go to history and download.

Plus, if you keep the total below $10 for the quarter, they won't bill you at all
