anyone who knows me, knows I was supposed to file in August....I still have not heard from my attorney........BUT here is whats hapening..I was $1000 behind on my house tax, and terrified!! The other day I got a letter from my mortgage holder, they wanted to give me a forced escrow, I kinda like it cause the BACK TAXES will be paid.
They offered to now include my house tax, and as for the deliquent $1000 tax...they broke it into 60 monts payments at $25.00 per month! To me it sounds like a godsend because those BACK TAXES will now be paid .
My house payment will now include the tax which is not a burden, my payment actually will increase by only $120 a mont that includes the $25 payment plan for 60 months.
To me this seems really good and was wondering what anyone thinks of this?
BTW my mortgage company does not reaffirm BUT in their words....you pay you stay
