Installment plan in NJ?

alright i really need to get this thing filed this week... i do not have the $300 they want, I am in NJ can i get a installment plan and can i mail it in with the petition or do i have to go there? i bring home around $2000 a month

Greg, I filed my papers by mail and included the form to apply for installments along with my first payment. I believe you can send the form in without payment (see the form, you'll see a place to check if your first installment is "with the filing of the form" or "on or before date_____", as long as your plan gets all of your installments (maximum of four) paid no later than 120 days after filing date. The form is available on the NJ Bankruptcy Court site. It took the court here about a week to return the approval for the installments.
