I finally received the "No Distribution" status on 10/6/10 after having my 341 on 9/7/10, I was getting worried b/c one of my creditors also filed a claim for $2800, not sure of what this means for the creditor b/c im assuming since Im a No asset/No distribution case that the claim is null and void? Well at least I hope so. Ive been cleaning my reports and they are looking good thus far all showing "Included in BK" and 0 Balances. Hoping to be able to get a car loan a couple of days after discharge (as others have here) b/c I gave up my car and now commuting via train which makes my life/day HELL.... and before anyone ask I have no money to buy a used car outright as im a Single Parent of 2 teens (1 college) and having cash in my situation isnt the norm, unfortunately.
