Haven't used CC's in almost a year - will we have to produce statements?

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this - especially in Middle District Florida. We shredded all of our cards almost a year ago. We were still paying minimum payments on them until my husband had a gap in his UI a few months ago, which made us realize we couldn't keep up the payments. However, we went on a shredding binge about that time and shredded all of our old statements. Once we realized bk was our only option, I started keeping the statements again, but it's only the last couple of months worth. I'm just wondering what the chances are that we would have to produce a year's worth of statements to prove we haven't charged anything.

dee we weren't ask for any.....NOT a one.

and it had also been approx. 1 year that we used them, but we paid them up until we filed. the trustee...and there are quite a few in this district...but the one we had didn't ask for any at all. i don't know about the other trustee's tho....it may depend on who you get.

When I filed (also FL Middle District), my attorney told me right from the start they WOULDN'T need any CC-statements.

They didn't ask me for any...all of my CC's hadn't been used in over a year. I just needed my Equifax report, and the CC account numbers and addresses.
