    Drumroll PLEASE!! We are FILED!

    After 3 long weeks, we are officially FILED!!

    I am so happy, relieved, scared, nervous and hopeful!!

    I am in Minneapolis MN and will let everyone know when my 341 date is.

    Thanks for being my leaning post for the last 3 weeks everyone- Special thanks to Tobee and backtoschool for answering all of my questions and to everyone else that has put up with me

                        Now, just sit back and relax and enjoy your time. In about 5 days to a week, you'll receive a court notice with the date for the 341 hearing. It's just a 'piece' of 2-sided paper Let me know if you have the same trustee as mine.
                        Filed chapter 7 Jul 13, 2010 341 hearing Aug 12, 2010 Trustee's report of no distribution Aug 20, 2010 Discharged Oct 13, 2010 Closed Oct 28, 2010.
