Strategic Planning pays off. DISCHARGED! There is hope.

After about a 2 year process, lots of planning and strategic moves, we have been Discharged. What makes us maybe not a rare case but definately not a typical one is that the median income for our area (family of 2) was around $60K and we made $90K+ last year. Not rushing in to filing, doing a lot of research myself, and frequent meetings with our attorney helped us get into a Chapter 7.

There is hope out there all, just take your time.

I'm open to questions but don't take my answers as legal advice.

Strategic bankruptcy is very common. Companies that enter Chapter 11, sometimes emerge the NEXT DAY or just several weeks/months later. Planning is key.

Congratulations from another over-the-median income filer!
