Order that this case is not subject to dismissal under 521(i)(1)?

    4/27/2010 Filed
6/4/2010 341 meeting held but continued
    6/22/2010 341 concluded
8/3/2010 Last day to file objection
    8/3/2010 Objection filed by franchisor
9/20/2010 Response to objection (not to motion)

I looked on PACER this morning and saw:
9/21/2010 Hearing (we didnt know of any hearing)
9/24/2010 Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution - No Funds
9/27/2010 Order that this case is not subject to dismissal under 521(i)(1)

Can anyone help us understand the "not subject to dismissal under 521(i)(1)"

Thank you in advance for any advice

Well, section 521(i)(1) simply states that upon request you must produce a document that establishes your identity. Did you not have a photo ID at your 341 meeting.

It doesn't sound like a big deal, you have trustee report of no distribution, and the order is that your case is "not" subject to dismissal, so nothing to worry about.

We had our IDs at the 341 meeting. Does this mean we are on the home stretch? Thank you for your knowledge.
