Is there anything we should be doing in between filing and our 341 ? Attorney didnt say anything about it. Its nice, the phone calls have all stopped !

I'm in the between period too. Attorney told us to live our lifes as normal, with the obvious no extravagances, but even went so far as telling us to eat out occasionally, plan our daughter's bday party and no problem spending 4 or 500 on that alone, etc...
We have taken a bit more of a conservative approach, but still living as normal, just keeping receipts just in case to show no extravagances.Stopped paying: 08/10, Filed CH7: 08/27/10 , 341 & No Asset Report: 10/6/10, Last day to object: 12/06/10, Discharged: 12/07/10, Closed: 12/08/10
