Can we refi after BK7 Discharged

Hello,
My BK7 was discharged on 6/18/2010. I had 2 proerties, rental and primarly. I surrendered the rental and it is in process of foreclose. Can i refinance my primarly? I don't even know if I will qualify but just a curriosity.

+1. You cannot get another mortgage for 3 years after a foreclosure and/or 2 years post bk without a foreclosure on your reports.

Hi sako,

If you are thinking of refinancing, don't forget to pull your credit reports after your case closes and make sure they are accurate and notated correctly. Use the 3 yrs to do some credit rebuilding.

Just a thought: do you qualify for a loan modification?
