I went through the same pre-filing class, but for the debtor education class I used BK Education Services (www.BKEducation.com) for $8.95. I did have to wait 24 hours to get my pre-filing certificate but got the debtor education certificate right away. I thought it was going to cost $50 for each class, so I was happy!

Pandora, I used the same prefiling...no phone calls. For debtor ed, I used one that my attorney referred, $14.95, but also no phone calls.

Pre filing was able to do joint, debtor ed had to do separate.

I think you can take it at the same time with BK Education Services (www.BKEducation.com), but not sure as I am a single filer. It's all online and cost $12.50 for joint filers.

(and a FYI -with the above site - yes - you can both complete the course at the same time, 120 min. minimum, reading information prior (12 pages) then 12 multiple choice pages *about 4-5 questions each page* following. Cost $11.00 joint course - certificate issued approx 20 minutes following completion)
