Justbroke, I just clicked on your blog link and read a few entries. You must have learned so much and you did so well. I will read more when I have time. Glanced at your organizational system too. There must be an "i'm not worthy" bowing emoticon here that I can use! Kudos to you!Filed 9/15/2010

It wasn't easy, and I don't recommend it in the majority of cases. Mine was a textbook... use an attorney or die! As you can tell, I like doing research, so I did just that, for my own case. I was both a confirmed Chapter 13 and a converted Chapter 7 and over the median. An attorney's worse nightmare!
There's not need to bow or curtsy. I have learned a lot here on the forum, and this is my giving back to the community. I was lucky to have a unique perspective, having to fight my own battles. Not that we pro se filers know-it-all, because we absolutely do not. I am here so that others don't repeat the same mistakes many of us have done.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
