I cancelled my current cell phone contract, early, so I will owe 200.00. It has been several months I have been fighting with them about my phone problems (turning off anytime it wants, not charging, etc). I finally lost it with them this weekend and just said end the contract.
I did get new service, same rates, free phones, (discount with my company) so first bill will be no more then my old service.
My question is, I plan on paying the 200.00 since I did this within three months of filing BK. I shouldn't expect this cancellation fee to be covered in the BK, should I?
