    Saving after discharged

I have a question about saving money. A little about my situation first I filed for Chapter 7 in may, got my discharged on 9/19/10 and my case closed today.

Me and my girlfriend want to start saving most of our money. The plan is for her to spend all off her money on the bills and for me put all of my checks in the bank and save like that. We can't do it the other way around because she can't have a bank account.

Does the trustee or any one involved in the BK still look at my bank account now that my case has closed and if they do would they think something fishy is going on and try to undo my discharge. I filed in Los Angeles, CA. Thanks.

All above are correct. The only time you would need to worry if you had performed some fraud that could and certainly would catch up with you. Not likely and since the whole idea of 7 is a fresh start. Go for it. 'Hub

Thank you guys for your responses. I was just worried they might think my circumstances has changed and they might try to take away my discharged. I'm ready for my fresh start.
