Co-Owners of a vehicle that is paid off - Are they affected by me filing ch 7??

My mothers name is also on my title of the car. There is NO lien on the vehicle. Do they mention her name at all in the documents that are sent to the trustee?? I have to make copies of my title soon and send them to the attorney.

Since there's no lien, that's good. Your mother won't be affected. It's not included in the BK, correct? The attorney just wants your title to show all your assets, is that correct?

that is correct, it is to show it is an asset. I fully own it and its all paid off. this is totally different if it was a co-signer and i owed but thats not the case.
