The guy before us got grill like hell. When it was our turn, we answered the trustee with yes sir no sir complete and total respect. Our 341 was over in 5 mins. He asked 5 questions and said, have a nice day. We were dress professional were treated great.

1. Your name?
2. Do you understand
3. Will your money status change in the foreseen future.
4. Asked my wife her name.
5. Are your answers the same?

Thank you, have a nice day.

Next person to see is, and we were already out the door.

I've only found this site as of Monday, and my 341 is scheduled for next Monday in down town Phoenix as well. I am so relieved to read that yours went so well, and I am really hoping to relay the same story myself! But I have to admit I'm curious, what type of things did they grill the previous guy about?

Jami, I know how stressful this is, it was like jumping into the abyss in the beginning.
But, the guy before us wore teeshirt jeans and just looked to be very guilty. And he didn't answer the questions fourth right, the trustee had to ask, do you confirm this is correct?

Well I had my 341 in downtown Phoenix this morning, and it was far less painful than I had feared. Very similar to what jasoninaz posted. They had me verify and swear to all of the information that I had submitted, and strangely they cut to the chase and inquired about my two dependents. He then simply asked if anything had changed since I had filed (nope) and then I was excused. Now for the wait..
