Chase Auto Finance --- Anyone Successful in getting a refirm w/them?

I have my car loan thru Chase Auto Finance. My rate is 6.9% not the greatest but not the worst.

Once I declare I want to reaffirm the car. Has anyone been successful with this with Chase. A co-worker who went thru BK had her car repossed with Chase as she did a ride thru.

Just a bit nervous as the car really needs new tires but I don't want to buy new tires only to have the car repo'd...

I'm curious about this as well. I also have a car loan with Chase and want to reaffirm. My attorney said as long as I don't miss a payment, I'll be fine, but it would be nice to hear peoples stories.

We reaffirmed our auto loan with chase. It wasn't a problem. It was at the same terms as the original agreement. We reaffirmed because we owe a lot less than the car is worth and know we can make the payments so it was just fine for us.
