So, I spoke to my daughters father in length about the BK. He has been paying 1000.00 a month, mainly for for me to live in the house I have now.
Since considering BK, haven't filed yet, and I'm giving the house up, he asked the question I was dreading, "Should I go back to paying the 615? We went to court about custody back in 1998, so he's legally only responsible for 615. Were suppose to re-vist every three years to adjust if necessary, but never did. Still just have the original court ordered child support from 1998. Have a good relationship, paid on time, and extra he was paying me, came with the assumption I would be living in this house, with a mortgage.
Now that I'm going into BK, if he no longer pays the 1000 and pays the 615, should I put this on my schedule I if thats his intention?
