I heard over Fox News yesterday that FHA might have to be bailed out too. While the truth of this story needs to be verified, I think the lady you talked to might either be a rookie or have no idea of what she's doing from the beginning only to find out later.

really..wnguy...i didn't' hear that, but it certainly no surprise. they are all rookies, but actually, this one was a bit smarter than most...i even think she knew her way to the bathroom located in the hallway of the floor she worked...comparing that too most of chases employee which need assistance to the bathrooms.

well, i hope so! but remember here we are talking about chase employees and their hiring policy requires their employes have absolutely NO skills whatsoever, NO education and absolutely NO common sense!

ahhhh sorry about xm radio scrip being almost gone...enjoy as long as you can.

Just one more reason to add why I hate Chase. They were too busy taking care of their bottom line, they probably "forgot" to review their hiring policy as well as educating their employees.

i hear you! it is amazing what we are able to do without! but if it's something you really enjoyed after this is all over you can get it back i'm sure.

got that right with chase. besides terrible hiring policies one dept. doesn't know what the other one is doing...causing confusion to no end...just trying to justify their jobs is the only reasoning i can think...but at this point i don't even care....i'm just awaiting my nightly call...LOL!!! (they BEST NOT even try it!). but one never knows with chase!

ahhhhh tom, don't i wish either of those would happen.

however, i must admit...i was looking forward to a call this evening (NOT) i'm so disappointed that my exchange must have worked since they didn't call this...LOL!!

i'm NOT thinking i will be hearing from anyone of them again...including the notorious watchdog agency. what a disappointment they are...but then again i didn't expect much........

just one simply thing i want them to answer....

what and when do you issue and exchange a warranty deed?? LOL!!
