Oregonpilot, If you can go see a few of his cases before your day. It helped me immensely to understand how the guy thinks, his demeanor, etc.

I think if you're stressing enough about the 341 this is what I would do. But that's just me, I like to have as much of the unknown factors eliminated as possible.

I have a couple mega stressers. 1) my name going on and then coming off (2008) S.O.'s home. We were gonna get married and then i decided not to.
          2) med, dental expense. Averaged from Jan 1 ..$860. a month... i claimed $550. Total so far for the yr is more than my income.
Heard some trustees ask for 2 yrs on the transfer topic and some asked about 4 yrs.
My attorney said that it will be easy to splain.

Then drive that hour or so to attend a few of them. It'll show you how your trustee thinks and he looks for when asking questions...you can be better prepared to answer to his liking.

Very handy info, thanks Joe. Our atty's assistant called our trustee "pretty and cool" and I suppose that will make us feel better going in...we were told just to bring our IDs and SS cards but after reading more we might bring current bank statements and pay statements (as our atty should have ones up til filing date right?)...

Also one of our parents transferred some money into our bank account recently, but I feel if it even comes up, if we have receipts to show where that all went (expenses, etc) we should be okay.

Will definitely post anything out of the ordinary when our moment comes...!

                  Thanks to all.

If you're in my district, confident, we can compare names...see if we got the same. You can bring in your bank statements or what not, my attorney told me no need. I am choosing to bring in only my updated paystub to show changes to witholdings as per the filing, but that's all. I know my attorney has all other information and the trustee only requested the basic packet from us, no further questions.
