Childs savings account and CD questions

Today I drained my bank account to put the money elsewhere as PNC and AES are partners. Now my question is should I close out my son's savings account and his CD to move elsewhere. My attorney is involved in a case for the next two days and won't be able to answer me until then. Thoughts anyone?

wait the two days....ask your atty which is the best way to handle it.

you what they say...if you feel compelled to immediately be stressed into doing something so immediately, it's the first indication that you should wait on it. a few days will surely not make a difference.

Be careful. If your children's accounts are 529 accounts and you close them and reopen them, then they will no longer be exempt. 529 account deposits have to occur a year before filing in order to be exempt.

All right, I can wait until I can talk to my attorney. I don't want to risk the loss of this.

Side note: note my sig!!! Things are moving along!
