Today I drained my bank account to put the money elsewhere as PNC and AES are partners. Now my question is should I close out my son's savings account and his CD to move elsewhere. My attorney is involved in a case for the next two days and won't be able to answer me until then. Thoughts anyone?

Be careful. If your children's accounts are 529 accounts and you close them and reopen them, then they will no longer be exempt. 529 account deposits have to occur a year before filing in order to be exempt.You can't take a picture of this. It's already gone. ~~Nate, Six Feet UnderComment
