Well, we offically filed for Ch 7 this past Friday. 
We will be surrending the house, behind 2 payments now, and a car. The car so we can afford rent on what I make. Paralegal said we could stop making HOA payment however I am afraid to do that from what I read on this fourm.
Still scared and nervous about everything.
On Saturday we got a notice that we have a registered letter at the post office, in both our names. Not entirely sure who sent that. Only the house is in both our names. Could it be from the mortgage company? We asked to have a modification but have heard absoutley nothing from them for about 3 months. Do the send that info by registered letter?
I was thinking that it might be from the CU, again that is only in my husban's name.
I also thought that a cc company might be sueing us.
Have told a couple of callers that we have filed with the case number, they said they would get it into the computer and quit calling. We will know next week the date of the 341.
