PLEASE help I plan on surrendering my Honda on Monday

My chpter 7 bmk went through in 12/09---I did not reaffirm my car loan with Honda. I have been making my payments, and have kept the car current. However I do have almost 150k on the car. So I have been car shopping and just recently purchased a used car, with MUCH fewer miles. But here is where I am confussed... What are the steps in giving my old car back?

I know I should keep the insurance on it, but where do I take the car? Do I mail in the plates? Some advice is helpful

Call the lender and tell it to come get it or ask where you can drop it off. If the lender gives you a hard time tell it you are dropping the insurance - that should wake the lender up.

I just did the same thing. They pick it up in md you kept the tags.
