341 meeting, pacer questions

    341 meeting, pacer questions

    I have been a lurker on this board for a few months. I filed bk in the state of NJ on 7/20/10, Had 341 meet on 08/30/10 and all went well except lawyers mistake on value of home.. Actual value is 140,000.00 but on the summary of schedules lawyer listed house at 340,000.00. At 341 meet Trustee said we would have to file an amendmant which lawyer did day after 341.
    Our case is a no asset ch 7 and was wondering how long before the 341 meeting will be listed as satisfied on Pacer, and how long before trustee deems no distribution shows up on pacer?

    How long "before" the 341 Meeting? You already had your meeting. Unless the Trustee indicated that the meeting was "continued", then your meeting was concluded pending the changes. Since it has been less than 7 days, please be patient. With the holiday weekend, I'm sure no one was all too busy last week.

    Your Trustee needs to make the no asset declaration -- if you're a no asset case -- and that should come soon.

      Hi snjphotoguy, Hi justbroke, I think he was asking how long it would take for the '341 meeting was held' notice to show up on PACER.

      We never got a report on PACER about '341 meeting was held' like some other people say. 45 days after the 341 we got the trustees report of no distribution. Still waiting for the discharge....73 days and counting...

        I never trust PACER to have the correct "status" or flags when it comes to the 341 Meeting. You could look at the Deadlines/Schedule link and see if the 341 Meeting is marked as satisfied and/or terminated. Really though, the meeting is "concluded" if the Trustee said "good luck" and "this meeting is concluded".

        My PACER entry still reads "Awaiting Confirmation" since 2008!!!

          Thanx for the info... just been a nervous wreck since the meeting. Everything went good, meeting only lasted 7 mins (I timed it, lol ). I guess im just a worry wart...
