    Can the bank get a deficiency judgement against you in a Ch. 7

    my chapter 7 was discharged, however, one of the properties is still going through foreclosure. the property was included in the bankruptcy.

    can the bank get a deficiency judgement against me even though i included the property in my bankruptcy?

      Seconding despiritfeya, unless you signed a new agreement w/ the lender during/after the BK, no deficiency
