pacer (due date)

i checked my pacer account and they just posted our financial management certificate and they entered 'satisfied' under the due date/deadline. i noticed that our final payment was received but they forgot to put "satisfied" under due date/deadline. will this affect our discharge? when i check the docket report, the receipt is posted with a date on it. i'm wondering if this will be a problem or should i call the clerk's office to let them know about it?

nomoney...give it another day or so..then call the clerks office. it sometimes takes some type to "catch" up...and this is all fairly new info.

NOT that i use or would ever recommend PACER....but sometimes they run behind. i don't think it's anything to concern yourself about.

I've only known about Pacer for about 3 days and I couldn't tell you how many times I have checked our case on there... ridiculously addictive... like a moth to the flame ...... I can't stop looking to see if anything new is happening !

we paid our final installment fee two weeks ago. they posted the paperwork right away but they didn't update the deadline/schedule section that it has been satisfied. more likely they forgot about it. if it won't affect my discharge then i'm not worried as much.

yes, i think all of us need a rehab after pacer. lol
