Reafirmation hearing

We have soon reafirmation hearing for car,does anybody know is the somebody from the bank be there?Anyone has expirience with this?

Generally, the attorney for the bank does not show up. No real need to.

A reaffirmation hearing is an opportunity for the judge to determine if the reaffirmation will create a financial hardship. The judge will review your bankruptcy petition and ask you some questions.
