I am gathering all the items needed for my lawyer and I can't find any info on a CC debt. My paperwork seems to have disappeared. I quit paying on the card in 2008 but I have not gotten anything from them since. What do I do in this instance?

Either look into getting free copies of your credit reports or ask your lawyer if they pull them. Most of your revolving debt will be there. Medical bills will not usually appear on your credit report.I am not an attorney. I am just a fellow passenger on a sinking ship. Anything posted above is my opinion or best guess, and nothing more.

If so, don't worry about a single creditor. While it's always recommended to list each and every debt and creditor, even debts NOT listed on the schedule are discharged in a CH7 no asset case.Filed CH7 9/24/2010, 341 on 10/28/2010, Disch.&Closed: 1/6/2011. FICO EX: 9/2: 672.
